Cancellations
Our Flexible Hair Braids Lab Policy
At D’tress Lab, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
An Outstanding Experience
At D’tress Lab we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys his/her D’tress Lab experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Running Late?
Be Considerate
D’tress Lab is a popular Hair Studio. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. Be in touch to find out more.
•You must have at least 3 inches hair growth all around your head to receive hairstyles at D’tress Lab.
•If you have any hair loss or damaged/receding edges, please consult with me via email before booking your appointment.
•IMPORTANT: A US$100 non-refundable deposit (goes towards your service fee) is required through Zelle/NavyFed. The remaining balance for service is to be paid in cash, on the day of service.
•Cancellation is required 24 hours in advance, in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment.
•If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be required to pay a new deposit in order to book a new appointment.
•Fee for emergency/squeeze in/day of appointment: $150~ depending on hairstyle. Please note that this is in addition to the cost for the hairstyle.
•Please do not book an appointment on the day you have an event, because your hair may take additional time, based on various factors. And because I take pride in my work, I do not want to rush and give less than stellar service.
•Please do not come to your appointment with a fresh (one month or less) relaxer. If you do, I will need to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
•Don't get your hair trimmed before your appointment.
•Prices INCLUDE hair/extensions unless otherwise listed.
